All crystal bracelets are strung with elastic cord. An extra elastic cord is included in the product package for you to restring the bracelet by yourself if needed.
If you require our professional restringing service, you may apply through the following method. Detailed instructions are as follows:
- Application Method: Please send an email to qychicmood@gmail.com. The subject line of the email must be labeled “Order No. + Restringing” (e.g., “Order No.123456 Restringing”) to facilitate our quick verification of your order information.
- Service Description: The restringing service itself is free of charge. You only need to bear a combined fee of 8 Euros for pick-up and delivery.
- Timeframe: The overall period from the date you submit your application to the date you finally receive the restringed bracelet is approximately two weeks.
- Logistics Arrangement: After your application is approved, we will pick up the bracelet from your location. Once the bracelet is restringed, it will be delivered to your door. The specific pickup time and delivery time will be notified to you via email separately.
