shipping & return policy

1.Free Shipping to Malta & Gozo

We provide free shipping for all orders to Malta and Gozo with no minimum order value required.

  • Malta deliveries: Orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 5 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Gozo deliveries: Orders will be dispatched 1 business day after purchase date and shipped via standard mail to your specified delivery address.

Please note: During busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas, delivery times may be slightly extended compared to normal processing times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Return

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can apply return and refund within 15 days of purchase. To request a return, please send an email to qychicmood@gmail.com, quoting your order number in the subject line, and the receipt must be attached with the email.

Returned items must be new, unused, and still have all tags attached.  
If the item is damaged, stained, washed, or altered, we will not accept the return and will send it back to the customer.
All packaging boxes, bags, free gifts, etc., that came with the item must be intact and undamaged.

A €4 pickup/delivery fee applies for every return.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make corrections.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items discounted by more than 30%.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund via your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund. Refunds can only be issued to the individual who placed the order.
